Ascough and Associates are pleased to say that we have just received another exciting new commission! This is for the conversion of an old Victorian house in Reigate to be converted into luxurious flats. This is a great opportunity for the Practice to develop exclusive living accommodation.

Ascough Associates are pleased to report that excavation work for a new Basement construction beneath a house in Dorking has begun. This new level beneath the ground will become a media room with large screen. The Underpinning work to support the existing foundations has started and trenches have been dug 4 metres in depth. Exciting news!

One project currently on site at the moment is a Loft Conversion. It is progressing well. Building Control have approved drawings and Structural Calculations. The new dormer window provides a beautiful view towards Reigate Hill. A large, spacious, new room has been created.
