Ascough Architects identifies, and contractually secures, land which has the potential to fulfil future housing needs.

Our services are provided at no cost to the landowner and include comprehensive land appraisals, in-depth land analysis, and no-obligation assessments. We also handle full, detailed planning applications, including all necessary documentation and drawings. Additionally, we cover legal costs up to £1,200 + VAT, ensuring a seamless and risk-free process for landowners.

Contract Options:

Land agreements can be structured as a conventional freehold purchase, where we buy the land outright, or as an option agreement. With an option agreement, we invest the time and cost required to promote the site through the planning process and, once approved, purchase the land at an agreed discount to its open market value.

We continue to communicate and work closely with the landowner, local community and local authority throughout the development process.
