We were founded in 1991 and have over 30 years experience of  business in the construction industry. We’re based in Reigate and Dorking, Surrey.

The unique advantage of commissioning us for your project is the quality of our design, project documentation and skilful management of the construction process which we will endeavour to complete within timescale and budget.

Ascough Architects is an established practice located in Reigate and Dorking offering innovative design solutions and a high level of personal service provided by experienced staff. We work closely with our client to ensure their design requirements are met. We take pride in our professional, practical and personal approach. Our staff are committed and have many years of project experience.

We can be employed on a select all or part of the architectural service, from initial design discussion through to the final delivery of the project on site. Our fees can be based upon a percentage of the total construction cost, on time expended, or a lump sum. Initially, a first consultation is arranged in which we will come to your property at a time to suit you and provide initial thoughts on planning, design, budget and timescale. We make a small charge for this visit which will contribute to the overall fee should you proceed with our appointment. If required we can carry out a feasibility study for a relatively small fixed fee. This would enable a scheme appraisal to be prepared to ascertain whether the project is viable.
